K-8 School Libraries – open call to apply for the 2020 Sara Jaffarian School Library Program Award for Exemplary Humanities Programming

Do you have a relationship with a school library from kindergarten through 8th grade that provides outstanding humanities programming? School libraries are invited to apply for a $5,000 award. Nominations for the 2020 Sara Jaffarian School Library Program Award for Exemplary Humanities Programming will be accepted until May 4. Applications, award guidelines and a list of previous winners are available online. Eligible humanities programs may be focused in many subject areas, including social studies, poetry, drama, art, music, language arts, foreign language, and culture.
